ADNOC delegation visits Total Global Procurement in Paris

A delegation from ADNOC HQ Procurement team visited Total Global Procurement division situated in its headquarters in Paris.

The objective of the visit was to share Total Group EP Strategies and best practices procurement organization and practices to support their Group and subsidiaries. The visit was attended by Total management and ADNOC Procurement team, furthermore the visit falls in the review of their organizational and functional design aiming to have the best Know-how.

Total Global Procurement (TGP) is an entity of Total Global Services branch,  with a mission to manage the Group's procurement, and aims to: aggregate spend wherever possible to benefit from the volume effect. It also provide a more efficient service to affiliates and reduce the time taken for qualification, tendering and contracting. TGP activities increases the professionalism of the procurement function, managing products and services by category and more rapidly expanding the use of proven leverage tools: catalogues, targets cost analysis,   unbundling of services, use of suppliers in geographically competitive countries.  Overall, Total Global Procurement ensure reliable supplies to our sites and systematically search for synergies at Local, Branch or Group level.
