The 4th UAE France Oil and Gas Connecting Days

Total in the UAE participated as Gold Sponsor to the 4th UAE France Oil and Gas Connecting Days hosted by Business France, the French Business Group and EVOLEN.

The forum showcased the latest technology and industry innovations held at two distinct locations bridging the topics with live demonstrations. Opening was held in Abu Dhabi on 1st April, followed by day two activities at Ruwais on 2nd April, 2019.

The event was an opportunity to highlight digitalization as the main topic and covered Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics/Maintenance. Other sessions were held on Energy efficiency focusing on Waste Heat Recovery, Energy Management software and tools, energy optimization in Gas Processing and the Best Available Techniques (BAT). These sessions highlighted new technologies for plant operations.

The opening of the event was attended by Dr. Saif al-Nasseri, CEO of ADNOC Gas Processing and François Penguilly, 1st Consular, Embassy of France and Mr. Hatem Nuseibeh, President Total E&P UAE and Total Country Chair in the UAE as well.
