Total reinforces its partnership with Dubai Traffic Police on Road Safety

Total and Dubai Police Traffic Department met to discuss collaboration and initiatives to promote road safety in the UAE, within the framework of Total Foundation’s commitment to deliver positive social and environmental impact to our host communities.

Brigadier General Saif Muhair Al Mazrouei, Director General of Traffic Department at Dubai Police, received Hatem Nuseibeh, President Total E&P UAE and Total’s Country Chair in the UAE, at his offices in Dubai. 

During the meeting discussions were held to further strengthen cooperation between the energy company and Dubai Traffic Police, which is also currently leading initiatives related to road safety in the 7 emirates.

Both parties agreed upon the importance of extended traffic awareness programs and traffic safety procedures with a shared objective to promote road safety and reduce the number of accidents and road deaths in the UAE.
